As i say could be the same, certainly not saying they look identical or anything, there's just vague similarities. However, there's also an emphasis on angel wings in FF8 as each 'sorceress' gets them, so it could be something to do with that too (also the name of the webpage could be a hint at 7 or 8). Or, it could just be some random nintendo DS game with no relation to any final fantasy game at all.

i mean its a website teaser that is revealed in 5 days. A teaser about FFVII is bigger than any one webpage. I'd be putting a teaser like that down the side of a skyscraper or running a 4 month long mystery teaser advert on tv. Basically its too big for just one medium!

If they did that then it just blatantly becomes obvious that it's VII.
not really - plenty of other big franchises out there that it could be. Also depends how subtle the allusions/clues etc are.
