Best way to apporach women on a night out?

Best way to approach women is to get married and then let them approach you.

After years of trying and failing to pull in nightclubs, I went and got married (to someone I didn't meet in a nightclub) - as soon as I was married I had to beat them off with a ****** stick - nothing more than eye contact and a smile required.

Women are primarily attracted to confidence and can smell the difference between the real thing and fake-bravado induced by not wanting to look like a **** in front of your mates.

You can also just ask her if she would like a dance. Then if she says 'no, go away', you crack: 'sorry, I think you misheard me. I said you look fat in those pants.' All the potential for gain, none of the risk of humiliation.
