i only had a quick look and from what i could see, there isnt too much difference, if you arnt going to overclock i would get the cheaper one.
if you are the one with custom heatsink is proabably slightly better (but obviously slightly more expensive)

Xfx, if the picture is correct, as it seems like that cooler also acts like an exhaust while the asus one dumps the heat from the GPU into your case.

XFX because of a very good warranty. Provided by OcUK and Not XFX as they suck !

***EXCLUSIVE Premium Priority 2 Year Warranty***

In the unlikely event of your card failing within 2 Years, OcUK will replace your card with a brand new one, pending testing within our standard RMA/ testing terms and conditions (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/support.php)

Same speeds and essentially the same card apart from the cooling.

I have the Asus 4850 Glaciator and it's a great card, clocks very well. My only gripe is the noise of the cooler but a couple of custom profiles in CCC sorts this out.

i would to
XFX ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5

they asus is the same as HIS fan i sent it back as it was hanging off:( better to spend they ectra for a quality fan
