My wife has recently made the move from 32bit Windows XP to the 64bit edition. Unfortunately we can't find a version of iTunes that supports this platform.

Can anyone help, please?

Ta.

I remember running iTunes on XP 64 a couple of years ago. Have you tried downloading the Vista 64 version?

Thanks guys.

You need to download iTunes 8.2.1 (64-bit) from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_itunes_64/

Then use this guide to install it:): http://yukichigai.googlepages.com/iphonex64

I have read that before, but it's rather laborious. I was hoping I could find some sort of simple alternative. Perhaps not. :(

Eugh Yuck XP 64 bit.

That is an icky OS.

Dont think there is one for it, does the 32 bit one not work?

Nowai, XPx64 is a cracking little OS! I use it in my HTPC. Pelts along at a terrific rate and hardly uses any resources.

I have tried the 32bit edition, but it won't play ball.
