Anybody know any highly recommended cosmetic surgery's in the UK? preferably around south Yorkshire, but if further afield its not a problem.

My sister works at Birkdale Clinic in Rotherham. She says the surgeon there is the best, but I guess she would say that?

You might be better off finding a cosmetics forum?
