Does anyone here own an HP LP2275w, and what do you think of it?
I'm very keen to get one but understand the monitor suffers badly from lag, making it unsuitable for gaming and multimedia use.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Intended use, general computing, graphics, photographic, video editing, gaming and tv, dvd etc...

I don't have a problem with lag on it. You should also bear in mind, that different panel and firmware revisions may reduce or increase lag compared to the reviewed model above. Also I see no ghosting which was an issue with my previous monitor.

If you stick to the monitor's native resolution, you shouldn't have a problem, and it's a fine looking screen.

Thanks for the replies.

I've taken the plunge and bought one, hopefully it will turn out to be a good monitor.

Thanks, I read your review when it was first published.

Bad for gaming ?

I just bought one for that very purpose.

How is it for gaming, are you happy with the overall performance?

Do you happen to know the date of manufacture for your monitor?

Yeah, it's fantastic for gaming, colours crisp, detail amazing, no ghosting or lag - using displayport - date of manufacture is June 2009 F/W GIG068

My one's dated October 2008, an early version with the LAG and PSU problems no doubt.
