Love the rsv4 and cant wait till the tuono version is ready (yes im tempted)
But what a horrid video .. A blind 6 year old could have done better .. very poor and badly done and wtf was with the random components floating around in the middles of various bits of film...
My fav vid atm is this ...short and sweet and to the point...dont you just want one ???

Really don't like that vid. Spinning graphics, music cuts out engine noise... Nice bike though, and slo mo footage is epic.
hah, thats the problem with the 12, everything feels to small after owning one
i loved the 12s feeling, like someone took a tiny sports bike and just scaled it up for real men and fitted the mother of all motors
This is what I like about the old shape RSV, my current one. The size. It's a big bike compared to a lot of other litre class rides and it "feels" right because of its physical size.
I haven't sat on or had a test ride on the RSV4 yet but I have had a go on a mates 09 Yam R6 and it was absolutely ridiculous. A lot of power in a rev happy sweet handling little box of tricks but it felt daft, like you were sat on a wee toy.

They're nice bikes but at 15k, they have to be
A mate had one of the first two in the Southwest and had to run it in quickly for a trackday 2 weeks later. It's an extremely loud bike as standard!! bikes have their Db rating stamped on the headstock, my SP1 is 93db @ 4750rpm.... his was stamped at 109db @ 6750rpm!! the noise completely changes when you go from neutral to first gear, it gets much louder. His passed in neutral @ 99db! Deff wouldnt pass at a 98db Donington day where the noise meters are built into the track, maybe not even pass a 105db day!
