Biting other people

Serious answer: I sometimes get the same urge, it's probably like some people get the urge to jump off a cliff when they are near it, or stab someone when they are holding a knife...

As long as you don't act on it you're fine.

PS. Make sure you're not nibbling your GF's ear when you "finish", you may accidently take off more than you can chew... :p

Thank you!

I'm suprised nobody knows what I mean. He's 4 by the way.

i can relate, me and my 4 year old brother play fight and part of that includes play biting, i've often wondered (but never considered!!!) about biting harder, just like i wonder about a lot of often dodgey things i'd never consider because my personality/morals override base instinct/urges

my ex used to like biting/being bit (hard!) that was a bit (:p) more interesting :D.

In the past when I have been play fighting with my nephew I bite very gently I get an urge to bite harder and pierce the skin.

i know what you mean, i get the same thing :). So does my girlfriend and so have my past girlfriends and some other friends who I've spoken to about it.

Just make sure you don't get a girlfriend who takes it too far (once knew a girl who loved biting, just that bit to hard, thank god I wasn't dating her:eek:).

It's chrriiiiiiisss haaaaanssoooooon

Who?

Everybody has these urges. Yours might be biting (somebody mentioned cliffs and knives - lots of people have them. A major difference between schizophrenia and 'normal' living is the ability to ignore these compulsions.

As to why? A number of reasons, probably.

I remember in Primary school, I was in a stupid fight, I was so furious I had that urge to bite and I did, drew some blood too, as well as a visit to the head teacher.
