Logitech G25 Loving it!! BUT...

I received my G25 from OcUK yesterday and have experienced my first day of gaming with it (great deal by the way) , I absolutely love it. I have been playing GRID on it for most of the day and I have had a blast..

I have heard on other forums people talking about the Logitech rotation setting etc... what setting do you use.. I am doing alright with the preset settings but if there is any of you who have a better 'config' could you please post it..

Also, what are the best games for the G25.

I like arcadey type games, with a mixture of SIM so GRID has been excellent, any other good'ens!!

Although my love/hate relationship with iRacing is screwing up my racing habits, I was very impressed by the default G25 settings in GTR Evo when I tried it the other day. With my old Red Momo it was 'just another game', but with the G25 I was much, much more satisfied by the driving experience.

GTREvo! (since you want mostly arcady just turn on some of the driver assists and you should be pretty much there)

Grid is a game that should be played with a pad, not a wheel. Play something like GTR to get the best experience

GTR evo/race 07 have been great with the g25. I cannot wait for the new nfs which was pretty much the reason I bought mine

an excellent game for the g25 is tdu....its like a driving simulator but not realistic in terms of car handling....i had a go with a g25 and loved it.
u should be able to pick it up quite cheap too.

I think that definitively means its not (like) a simulation

. Tbh Grid felt too arcadey with sim settings, GTR or LFS are on a different level.
Richard Burns rally is well worth a look with a good wheel, it may be showing its age it terms of graphics but as a simulation its the best rally game ive played.

I set my rotation to 450 degrees and the FF level in the Logi profiler to 107%. Anything above 100% increases forces at the wheel centre position, there is a slight dead spot there with default settings.

I have to say that I have really enjoyed playing GRID on the PC with my G25. I had never played or even seen the game previously and I'm astonished at how good it is.

Looking forward to NFS Shift..looks superb!!!!

I love my G25 especially in the GTR games, the FFB in iRacing was too subtle for me overpowered by the bump feedback

I ordered a wheel stand pro on Tuesday morning, arrived from Poland last night.

I have to say that I highly recommend this stand for your G25.. they are superb. Rock solid stability and easy to set up to whatever chair you want to use, whether it be an armchair or your PC desk chair...

If you have a G25 and don't want to use a Playseat, get one of these, there excellent.

I would post my config but that means digging my wheel out to get the logitech profiler working and i cba, so these pics will do

Need for speed prostreet
Burnout paradise

Just make sure all the games are patched and you're using the latest version of the logitech profiler
