AIR COOLED for i7/rampage II setup

So I recently squeezed my new i7 setup into my antec 900, I am seeing good temps as usual from this case BUT It all looks a little untidy now :(.
So it may be time for a new case.
I want excellent Air cooling performance like I've had from the 900 but its got to be bigger
When fitting the rampage II I found the board was too wide so my new case needs to be deeper than the 900 and prefarably a taller case too to better accomodate my tri sli cards

IDEAS please :) excluding opinions on looks as this is purely opinion :)
 
If you like the look of the Coolmaster haf it will suit all of your needs since it has great cable management holes, plenty of room and can take atx-e motherboard so should easily take the asus rampage.
 
I wouldn't really class the silverstone TJ07 as an excellent air cooling case (One of the best cases for water cooling;)) .And as you have tri-sli you need a case with more pci slots such as this.

I remember somebody on here bought a TJ07 for tri-sli and ended up returning the case and getting the above one.


Just checked with my rampage extreme II and it looks like you need a case with at least 8 x pci slots for tri-sli or the lowest card will be one slot short and wont be able to exhaust its hot air.

You only need 8 PCIE extensions with the Rampage board, other boards would be fine with TRI-SLI in the TJ :)

While not E-ATX motherboard support for that is pretty much mandatory... it gives also space for working with pile of long graphics cards.

Yeah, definitely far from controlled well thought airflow with that all out cooling for chamber with minority of heat production and then just airflow shortcircuit for chamber where majority of heat production is.

At least some cases with PSU positions on bottom and top, like Lian Li A70, can technically fit it when PSU is on top.
