What's the appeal of older women?

indeed, problem is these days I only see her when we arrange fancy dress nights out, last time was pirates, time before that a school night...next time is doctors and nurses
For the sake of argument let's pick Sandra Bullock, she's knocking on 40 but she's still quite appealing, so she might not be everyones cup of tea and she's 15 years my senior but still
So what's the appeal?

when i was younger older women were like the holy grail, every guy my age was on a quest for the mighty MILF and very few ever came close to more than a drunken fling ona night out with some old girl who's teeth had fell out on teh dancefloor.
Ive found now im into my early 30's that the older woman appeal isnt there now, maybe thats because an older woman is 40-50 now where when i was in my 20's the 30-40 bracket was so appealing.
No worries tho women are just lovely in all aspects and at my age ill settle for one who doesnt have to write her own name on her knickers.

Confidence if you ask me.
Younger women are too busy worrying about what this bit of flab looks like, or how big their bum looks, and waste too much time worrying about it. As women get older (I know i've found this myself) you become more accepting of how you are, and accept that you arent perfect, and if you want do something to change that then you can, but you love yourself how you are, and I think that shows on that outside as well.
I know that my opinion of myself has changed in the last couple of years now im almost 30im not afraid to ask for what I want as well, and I think that only comes with a more mature age.
Just about spot on. Mrs Splodge is 43 (I'm a fit, young studly 34 btw) and she exudes confidence, doesn't worry about wobbly bits, looks good and knows what she wants (and usually gets it!)
I have always preferred older women (Knip you're an exception) and have mostly dated younger women.

Nope, one was from what I gather, an arse. The other was an overprotective control freak and suffocated her from doing anything.
