Out of interest why were books not allowed to be sold anyway. I can't see why it would be any more problematic than anything else. Guess I must be missing something!

As it's computer related items only.

Hence why e.g. textbooks were allowed, but my old story books weren't.

That is why they are called different things. Same reason why a Book is also not a sink.
