Not sure but my Unlimited package is now confirmed at 12 a month

I have done the same, however I wont be changing as to get the £12 + VAT per month you have to have the unlimited package and I am a Pro user and I use my upload/Static IP

Very good deal for unlimited users
 
When I dropped down to £12pm, they told me that my terms and conditions would remain the same. No need to sign a 12 month contract. :)

So you've asked them for a better deal on the Pro? What exactly did you ask for?
 
Dont forget people dropping to £12pm, if you then sign up for another year contract you can get your 2 months free!!!
 
They offered to reduce my 17.50 down to £12, despite me only having been with them for 5-6 months, and so far I've only used free months I have got from them, so not paid anything yet.. I have asked if I could have the 2 months free aswell - if you dont ask you dont get. :)
 
How are you paying nothing? I know on there first birthday they were offering 1 years free broadband to a limited amount of customers in there retail stores some time ago
 
They'd have to offer me a better discount for me to sign a 12 month contract with them.

They're great and everything, but I've just had 3 months for free and had my bill cut to £15 a month. That's for Be* Pro and I get 24.5 down and 2.8 up.

Me being on a monthly contract means I can just drop them if I ever wish to, being on a 12month contract means that I'm stuck with them a whole year if I'm ever unhappy with their service.

Less incentive to keep their service quality up in my opinion.
 
Well good thing i saw this...rung them up just now as im the Be Pro and they offered me 2 mths free then £15 a month if i signed a 12mth contract...so ive gone for that...cant say im not pleased \o/..absolutely chuffed with that and Be has been good as gold for me...19mb download with 1mb upload and its been spot on since i joined them back in Jan 2008.
 
Sent a ticket and managed to get them to agree to £12/month . On their first response they just just offered the 2 free months as advertised.
I cant get them to agree to £12/month + 2 free months though. Its either one or the other.
mmm what to do?
