This is a great statement. I would incorporate this in your CV as part of your ambitions.

I am demonstrating rather than saying it.

Have you mentored younger engineers? This is a great way of demonstrating leadership without having direct management.

I use a two page format:

Name, address, mobile number, fixed line, email addresss.
Short Profile
Experience (summarising older experience)
Education degree and certifications after
References
Personal nationality, driving licence, interests.

How and what you write depends on you and your target.
