Hi Folks,
I ordered this case yesterday and it arrived today (thanks ocuk!) so I took a few pics of my build for the people who are interested in this case. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera so had to use my phone so the pics are a bit rubbish but when I get my camera back I should be able to take some better picks.
The reason I needed a new case was I wanted to go with 2 graphics cards and my old case didn't have the room. This is my old Lian Li A05 case with a few mods for better air flow etc.
This is the cramped internals, you can see a second gfx card would barely fit in there!.
Enter the PC-K62, this is it straight out of the box. There are loads of hidey holes and for the wires from the psu.
The description on overclockers stated there is space for 2 140mm fans on the top but you only got one when you bought the case, however 2 exhaust fans came with it as well as a 140mm intake and a 120mm exhaust for the back.
Here's a picture with my rig all installed. I tried my best with the cable management, it's not perfect but it took me ages to get it to this state so I am going to leave it like this for now. You can see I removed the HDD rack, this was to get better airflow from the 140mm intake to the graphics cards. My 2 hard drives are in the bays above.
The fans that come with the case are really quiet and they shift a lot of air.
The tools less fixings are great, it took me hardly anytime to switch my components to this new case.
As for water cooling I think you'd need to look else where. Although you can have an external system quite easily I don't think there's much scope for an internal. I don't think there's anywhere you could comfortablt fit a 120.2 rad in it (the top of the motherboard is very close to the top of the case, plus with the 2 140mm fans there it's be difficult to rig a rad up).
Any questions let me know.
Matt
