All taken with a regular digital camera, which limits me a bit, but here are some of the nice ones I've taken. Wish I could do some cropping on some, but nevermind:

This was one of the first photos i took and i literally know nothing about Photography or DSLR's :( So some friendly C-C would be appreciated ;)

I like it, nice colourful shot and the DOF works well. But I'm no expert myself.

Thanks :) Beginners luck i say :p

As i don't even know what half the buttons and features do it's hard to know what the best settings are to use. I haven't even got a clue what things like ISO and Aperture mean :p

Anyone know of a good guide that explains things in a fairly uncomplicated way? :)

I was the same, but i started off with a Canon point and shoot A80. But it was similar to my DSLR when in full manual mode. I just messed about with settings and sort of taught myself. Thats whats so great about digital, you can take as many shots as you want.

Ive heard a book mentioned a few times on here called 'understanding expose' I think its called and that gets high praise. I'm thinking of getting it myself as I'm really getting into photography now so i want to learn all i can.

Ok thanks for the help :)

Here's another 2 i took today and experimented on them a bit with Lightroom.

Theres a book actually written for the A200. I got it from wh smith for £8. Its actually quite helpful as like you I started without knowing anything and I now know a bit more.

Got bored and decided to go through all my old photos and re-process them, as I still don't have a camera :p

When i saw your name being mentioned on the last page I did wonder if you've nicked your mates camera again or got one yourself :D

Seriously GET A CAMERA!
