Does this have a sound speaker inside? I can only get sound through headphones although the quality is really quite poor.

Any ideas.

Sound speaker for what?
"speakers"inside a pc case are not for anything other than system warning beeps.

No boards have any sound speaker inside but the bios one. Explain the problem properly pelase.

Ok, there are no "speakers"inside a pc case.
Old computers had a small speaker, later cases not at all.
Some boards have a built in sounder, some have connector pins for a small sounder.

Another question, to connect to the internet wireless using this motherboard do I have to have a PCI slot card or something?

okay i think what you need to do is go and buy a set of pc speakers, and then plug them into where you plugged your headphones in, an voila you'll have sound.

also to connect to the internet wirelessly you can either get a wireless pci card or get a wireless usb stick and you need a wireless router of course aswell.
