Is it right that people should be able to play music loud out in the garden?

We currently have the people in the house behind us and across one playing dance music that loud that we can't have the windows and the doors open. It's a hot day and we'd like to enjoy the weather too but we can't because of the music.

I'm not against folks having a good time and they can play their music if they want but not so that everyone else HAS to hear it.

no one considers others. live with it. Play your music equally loud, or even louder.

Just open the windows and put your own music on, there's nothing really wrong with it but they should really put it on inside, not the garden.

They can't hear cos of the loud music and also they're foreign so I doubt they'd understand a polite request to turn it down.
