Bringing this back on topic, absolutely. It's going to put a hell of strain on her body. Ihope she's able to have them safely, I hope also it doesn't bring with it any medical issues or disabilities. Lastly I hope she can afford to take care of them (in terms of time and money etc...)

In reality, I think the likelyhood of the woman surviving isn't too great, the children all surviving is minimal at best, and I can't help but think that any that do survive will have issues for the rest of their live due to being born at such a ridiculously early stage.
