Last monday I ordered a Gelert Quickpitch tent. I had an order confirmation saying I would get an email when the tent had been shipped and my card would be charged then.
I have had no emails from them even though i have emailed them 3 times from 2 different addresses. My card has not been changed yet. When I ring I am always 5th in the queue but hangup after 5 minutes.
The tent I ordered says that it is in stock and delivery estimates are 1 - 3 days
Where do I go from here? Do I try and cancel my order and buy elsewhere or wait to see if I get anything back from them? Is it possible for orders to just get lost in translation somehow?
