Because she's 12 and will appriciate it more. And making someone happy is always a nice feeling.
Quite frankly I'm surprised you even asked the question.
I have asked because i am a little embaresed ( oh f the spelling), if i say yes.
That means she will outgrow anything you buy and doesn't require being "fashionable" sounds like a waste of money to buy a 12 year old london fashion shop clothing. At least i think thats what you are talking about?
Depending how much the trip is going to cost, how about putting part of the amount in your daughter's saving account. No doubt grandma will be equally pleased.
Why?
strange![]()
You jest, 2 days is at least £100 per day.
Cost there and back is £100 each.
£400 easy.
I am 49.
It's about time i paid for my own holidays, even tho i had my daughter at a later date.
And i can afford it myself.
Just keep in mind that the weekend should be all about your daughter and how best to make her happy. Use the funds to best support this goal.
This is my main aim, so should i take my mums offer or not.
Where the money comes from for the trip does not matter.
Your mums offering to pay and I'm assuming she roughly knows your financial status so I think it's a very kind gesture from her that should be accepted
Take the money and ask your daughter how she wants to spend it![]()
Londonpass to be honest.
i partly agree with oxygene, but i'd probably also buy something for the mother, it's her money but it's still a present so she'll be happy with that.
