WOW, tonight i just had a call from my crush when is was 13, she was moving house and found my number and asked if i new who it was. I don't know if anyone has had this problem where there blood goes warm for a second when she said who it was.

We have been just chatting for the last hour, she is slightly drunk, and we were talking about the past.

She asked to meet up?

do i go?

Anyone been in a similar situation?

Quick, to the internets!! ;)

I would talk to her, but talk to her purely as a friend until you suss the situation. How old are you and her now?

When did you last see her? She may have put on a bit of weight. :o

I feel you need to get some pictures from here and post them here for a non bias opinion. :D

How long ago did you see eachother?

I'd be quite cautious her being drunk.. who knows why she is calling you.

Talk to her tomorrow when she is sober and see how she is and I'd also ask what made her call you.

well looking at his profile he's 19.

when you say crush it means you did nothing about it when you were 13, so do it differently this time and hit it, distroy it, just grow a set!

Yeah hit that man. Hit it like the fist of an angry god. Oh wait. You have no idea why she wants to meet up. In fact we dont know any of the info he got from her in the hour convosation he had with her.

Bottom line is if someone you like wants to meet you then go. Its a no brainer. But dont expect anything. If you do you may just taint the meeting and be all weird.

But...

I'd hit it

I know what you mean about that "blood going warm" feeling. It's amazing. It happened to me but it was a flying (ish) visit spent a month reminicing and catching up and extending our friendship in certain ways, but it was incredible. Sure it didn't last as she was moving elsewhere, but we never planned it to be something that lasted, however I can honestly say this was one of the best months of my life. Everything was just perfect that month. Gosh that was about a fair while ago in my early 20s! Still remember it minute for minute to this day though. Good times. Happy days! :D

Watch "High Fidelity" starring John Cusack, (Or read the book by Nick Hornby if you are so inclined), it should impart some pearls of wisdom to you. :)

I wish that would happen to me, I'm in the mood to reminisce. :(
