Stalker and Stalker:Shadow of Chernobyl are the same game and thats's the one you want.
I haven't played Clear Sky, but it's not supposed to be as good as the original.

Gears of War for PC (its alright, really!!! plus it cost me pennies on Ebay and its 3rd person too)
Call of Juarez - i just loved quoting the bible while wielding pistols in the first one
Portal - ok it isn't a First Person Shooter but you do shoot teleports in first person perspective
Crysis and Crysis Warhead - you can pick up the maximum edition for about £25 with both sp and crysis Wars mp game.

Oh and Battlefield Heroes has came out of beta now and its free but its 3rd person

I appreciate its a subjective thing but I thought Clear Sky was still very good. Give it a whirl

Personally I'd get the demo of Stalker before buying as you'll either like it or hate it. I personally hated it for so many reasons. FEAR 1 has aged pretty poorly and, whilst not being unplayable, just feels like there's something missing. FEAR 2 on the other hand was great.

I did put that in brackets, lets face it if you enjoy FPS games you can't really go too wrong with a game with a slightly different perspective but still shooting things.
