can sky charge to block calls?

Ok basically my mate is having problems with his gf not talking to him and weirdly shes turned round and said she rang Sky and got them to block his number so he cant ring the house phone and it will charge him 10 quid if he tries to, I personally think this is a load of **** and not actually possible, told him this but he is thinks it might be possible :rolleyes:

Surely there is absolutely no way to do this, and if there is i'll eat my hat lol

well no, he can't be charged a tenner. more iomportantly though tell him to just stop calling.
