Anyone have experience of ordering Liverpool tickets online?

Just another quick question to those who order online with Liverpool.

I ordered two tickets but just recalled I got no postage charges added to the order. Does this mean I have to pick them up (it was ordered Thursday around 6PM for a game on Monday). If so what time can I pick them up and is it from the club shop?

Trying to get a hold of customer services is a nightmare. The only customer services which forces you to listen to a message then says they are busy and drops the line!

Just take a print out of your email from LFC customer services and the card used to pay for them to the ticket office, you will be then given duplicate paper tickets to get you into the ground.

See you at Anfield on monday.

P.S. Is it a bad queue? If I turned up around 6.30 - 7.00PM would that be long enough to get the tickets?

The ticket office is right next to the kop granstand and you will get your tickets in time before kickoff.

Every time I've been in the past (all be it the last time was when Liverpoolfc.tv used ticketmaster!) I had the tickets before hand!

Really looking forward to it now!

After this game it's going to be trying to get tickets for another one!
