Does anyone game on an LED Samsung tv ?

as title. i'm asking in the games section as i want to know if there are any
performance issues with it for games, xbox360 for example..
was considering the tv below: (£629 delivered)

100Hz
Built-in digital TV tuner
4x HDMI, 1x Component
Samsung LED Engine
SRS TruSound HD

I do and it works perfectly. Pretty sure most Samsungs have a game mode that reduces ghosting, but I haven't had any problems with my tv set mate.

Make sure you get an HDMI cable for your 360.

You've got a series 7/8? Any chance of some pics / comments on it - considering getting one myself but want to know it's money well spent!

Build quality is very good and picture on Sky seems to be excellent.

sound is very poor on these so a seperate system is a good idea, picture should be great tho, im going to take my ps3 to work to see how it does.

it comes with one scart to hdmi adaptor lead if you need to use it, but as its so slim they dint fit sockets.

would this degrade the picture from my SD sky+ box over the usual scart to scart do you think ?

You could buy a sky HD box for about £60-70 on ebay, get a few free HD channels and problem solved.

yup good point.

but i think for now i will go for the series 5 32" 1080p ccfl.

maybe when they produce full LED rather than Side LED's as i've heard the screen can flicker in the middle a bit and you cant turn the dynamic auto dimming contrast off. shame really because its a beauty.

series 9 should be backlite leds, sharp and panasonic will have led tv's aswell, i think he sharp is out now, and panasonic will be next year.

I've got the Samsung 786 which is basically the 9 series without all the media features and it's a stonking set.
