run malwarebytes its a free program you can download...you may have something on your pc that is trying to connect through the internet

But if there is nothing "listening" on those ports then the firewall hasn't really stopped anything, it's just reported attempted connections to those ports.

I was just making a statement, just because the firewall has identified those ports doesn't mean you're in any danger if your PC isn't infected.
