Hi mate, bust out some seeds and cottage cheese (not together!) awesome stuff, fills me right up, next to no fat in the cheese also!
I would get bored eating so many nuts, sometimes i like making a bean salad or just beans straight from the tin as i'm sitting there doing nothing (haricot, butter, kidney etc)
Also, could I suggest if you're working out also to have 2 shakes a day? that will surely bump up your protein intake, I take 38g protein (2 scoop) with 50g oats in the morning and 38g protein after a weights workout, and 1 scoop before bed. If its an off day and I've been running i will skip the post workout one, or just have one scoop with milk. I am slowly replacing the before bed one with cottage cheese though, or nuts.
I weigh 75kg (thats in REAL measurements!) and I get at least 70g of protein a day from supplements, plus the oats i eat, nuts, cheese, beans/lentils and so on.

but you can make the protein up quite easily. I willl start to have some quorn I think ..... dunno where I'd stick it in though.
Sure its no chicken and steak but it works for me!
