How to cook yolk in egg?

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I really didn't want to start a whole new thread for this question.

As I've said before, there are few exercises I can do with what's available to me. One of the things I can do are squats, so my routine would be centred around them.

I was told that my form was wrong, mainly due to my back being bent, he also said to try wall squats instead. Now without any weights, when doing wall squats my thighs do tire quickly, but also my knees start to hurt a lot, should I continue with the exercise?

Also, I read on bodybuilding.com that doing compound exercises like squats actually can add mass everywhere on your body, is this true?

Thanks! :D

The nature of compound exercises means you are using the major muscle groups as opposed to isolation movements which concentrate on specific fibres of a specific point of your body. By doing big compound movements like squats and deadlifts you are making changes to bigger muscle groups therefore increasing the amount of test and also add more LBM ergo burning more fat as a result. Your body likes to work synergistically and the biggest muscle groups are in your legs, dont train legs you can still have a relatively powerful chest, but overall you will be weak - you get so much power from the drive in your legs you'd be a fool not to train them.

Why dont you poach the egg?

Fill fry pan up with water and wait for it to boil.

Once boiling crack egg into it and wait for it to cook for as long as you want. (Splash the boiling water over the top to cook it faster)

Ah, thanks that makes sense. What I suppose I could do is have an upper body day, basically just press ups, and a lower body day of wall squats, until my knees hurt, then some Bulgarian squats

That sounds quite good, what I've done recently is when cracking the egg into the pan is to get a fork and break the yolk up so that when I flip it, the whole yolk cooks.

Its the bets way to cook an egg in a pan.
Also much healthyer then frying it:cool:

Also ive eaten raw egg before and never got sick. And millions of people a day eat runny yoke egg and dont get sick.
It was more then likely just some stomache bug you caught from somewhere

I try to redeem the unhealthiness of frying by using olive oil

I eat free range eggs, which would be more likely to have it, also in this country eggs are branded to show they've been vaccinated against salmonella. I remember eating an egg that didn't have a mark on it as well. Also I had all the symptoms of salmonella.

Id guess that battery hens would have more chance.

Also i have NEVER eaten a vaccinated egg ane never got sick.

Vaccinating eggs is just completely neccisary.

I live out in a country town and had chickens in the back yard and have had eggs with chicken Poop all over them and feather stuck to them:p
All i do then is wash them and eat them like a normal egg.
And still ive never gotten sick:)

Nothing wrong with fried eggs tbh. Do it in coconut oil and it's even better. :)

I just like the taste of Poached over fried :)

I hear grapeseed oil can be good to

Edit: Damm it, My last post is on the bottem of the page and probably will be looked over :(

Hi mate, bust out some seeds and cottage cheese (not together!) awesome stuff, fills me right up, next to no fat in the cheese also!

I would get bored eating so many nuts, sometimes i like making a bean salad or just beans straight from the tin as i'm sitting there doing nothing (haricot, butter, kidney etc)

Also, could I suggest if you're working out also to have 2 shakes a day? that will surely bump up your protein intake, I take 38g protein (2 scoop) with 50g oats in the morning and 38g protein after a weights workout, and 1 scoop before bed. If its an off day and I've been running i will skip the post workout one, or just have one scoop with milk. I am slowly replacing the before bed one with cottage cheese though, or nuts.

I weigh 75kg (thats in REAL measurements!) and I get at least 70g of protein a day from supplements, plus the oats i eat, nuts, cheese, beans/lentils and so on.

Guess what, I'm a veggie :D but you can make the protein up quite easily. I willl start to have some quorn I think ..... dunno where I'd stick it in though.

Sure its no chicken and steak but it works for me! :D

I love poached eggs. :)

My favourite though is scrambled, unfortunately this is the least best way of eating them but they taste bloody good! :D

I love poached and boiled eggs, not so keen on fried eggs any more, but any way you cook them gives they all a different taste.
