Always thought it was tradition for men to wear watches on their left wrist and women to wear their's on their right.

Crikey...I havent worn a watch for nearly 10 years...let me think. If I remember correctly (and taking a moment to stare at my wrists), I used to wear it on my left wrist. (I'm right handed)

Right handed and wear my watch on my left wrist, when I was younger I used to wear it on my right wrist and then one day switched it round, not entirely sure why now but it feels odd if I try to wear it on my right wrist at all.

This. I had a cheap Gshock watch so scratches weren't much of an issue.

i'm left handed and i used to wear my watch on the right hand but i noticed pretty much everyone wore theirs on the left so i changed to fit in, felt wierd at first but now it feels normal.

I am right handed and I wear my watch on my right wrist and it does not get in the way of writing.

OP - you're not alone. I'm also right handed and wear my watch on my right hand. It just feels uncomfortable on my left hand
