+1 for sticking a good SSD (or two in raid 0) in front of your HD, for your OS, main apps and games. You will really notice the difference.

FWIW, the 5870x2 hasn't been announced yet, I doubt it will be released at the same time as the 5870, they usually leave it a few months.

Yeah, just had a look at some benchies, raptors don't come close to them :P
Also, Have a look at this

says there the 5870x2 wont be released till november and the 5870's wont be until sept, but that got me thinking, if the proformance is going to be better than the 4890, why don't I just crossfire the 5870's :)?
