Happy Relationships!

Im very happy with my girl friend, apart from the fact if her parents new they would bannish us from this world as they are muslims and i am not. Still it could be worse. I could be seek and then they would burn me on a stake. Muslims are so anti to the world it seems life>religion.

love it man, when I got engaged I let her pick her ring (no jokes please) then bought it but it needed resizing, so away it went for a few more weeks, and I came home (away at uni) to tell her it hadn't been done in time so she'd get it later.

she turned round looking quite sad and nearly teary to find me on one knee, with said ring

she bit my arm hard and I was bruised for about a month, that'll teach me for being romantic >.<

still, didn't last but we've become incredibly good friends from it, so it's a happy relationship of some sort :p

Mine is a nice tall girl, two years together end of October (actually on 31st and yes I do make mask jokes).

You are only 22? Why do people get engaged at the drop of a hat these days only to find they are 'not right for each other'. I kinda think the time before asking somebody to marry you is when you decide if you are right for them :(
 
Very happy here :) Survived a year apart while I was away, but she's moving in today for our first try at living together, after 7 years - albeit 3 of largely long distance stuff...excitement :)

because we were very happy, I broke it off because I couldn't hadnle the long distance at the time, and unfortunately realised my mistake too late after she'd decided to move on >.<

joke of it is, all my relationships since have been long distance too :p

People always did - it may even have been faster back in the day as it was frowned upon to live or sleep together pre-marriage...
...the only thing I'm not allowed to do before I'm engaged is borrow mum's canal boat with my bloke, heh!

I work with a bloke who got engaged after barely 2 weeks, and got married in a matter of months. Happily married still 25 years later :)
 
Very happy too here. Still early days though! But she's perfect.

I am far too experienced in **** relationships to realise not to count my chickens too quickly, but things are good.
 
Very happy here. Only 7 months, but we have already agreed we are going to move in together. Got the usual jitters I guess, but very excited. :)
 
Yea, all my relationships have amounted to them wanting to marry me, my record so far though has been about a month before they actively mentioned future plans, living together, marriage, kids etc, which freaked me a little lol
