Happy Relationships!

Very happy with my fiance, hoping she will be my missus one day soon though.

Married before & it went **** up, after being with her for 10 years it almost put me off trying again, With her for 10 married for about 7 & tbh most of that was ****** misery.Karen is so different it is just a breath of fresh air, no pressures & no hassles. We laugh at the same things & often say the same stuff during films or when something happens. We had a smashing (literally he was 10lbs) little boy 2 years ago & he is a little nut case.
Sorry I've gone all soppy, 4 years on & I still rush home to see her at the end of the day. All I can say is when you find the one you just know it.

Perhaps I'm just old fashioned but I just cant get my head around this. You've asked her to marry you, she has said yes, you are engaged yet still you can only HOPE you end up married?!

Do people get engaged without neccesarily intending to marry these days or something?
 
Well you did cut off the statement, it said one day soon, as in sooner rather than later. We have yet to set a date but we will be married.

Do you work for any newspapers by any chance?

She drives me crazy! Irritates the hell out of me sometimes! But then again, which women doesn't!

Happy as I can ever be, for 5ish years now. No idea how she puts up with me though :D!
 
Extremely happy here! Getting engaged next week in Paris and I can't wait. It's not so much of a surprise for her because I got her involved with picking the ring but the upside is I know she'll say yes! :D If anyone has any ideas of where/how to propose in Paris I'd like to hear! Been together nearly 2 years and known each other for 3 and I wouldn't change her for the world. We're completely inseparable, work together and then spend every free second we have with each other. Hopefully getting married in 2011 once I graduate and we save up and get somewhere to live first.

If it's not at the top of the Eiffel Tower, there's no point proposing in Paris.

i have the bestest husband in the world, fact.
this saturday we will have been married 10months (i don't know where time has gone, feels like yesterday!)
we're buying our first home at the moment, we have our two 'kids' (cat and rabbit), and life is treating us pretty well!!
not a day goes by when i don't appreciate how lucky i am to have him.
