Xbox 360 Game to fill gaming needs until MW2 and Forza 3

Hello.

I haven't played the 360 a good few months now because I got fed up of play the same old games. I'm waiting like the rest of the world for COD: MW2 and Forza 3 however those aren't out until October/November :(

I'd like to pick up a game to fill in during this wait. Anyone have any suggestions?

What about something like Godfather II?

It's a standard GTA clone really, but with a bit more depth because you've got the "Don's View" map - you can own fronts, gun smuggling rigs, whore houses etc... to earn money as well as there being a semi decent storyline with it too. You get to build up your own "Family" of made men and promote them through the ranks to reach Capo's and Don's. Each man has their own speciality (i.e. demolition expert, safe cracker, arsonist etc...) that you can use in different ways and you can train/upgrade their skills to get better health/accuracy (etc).

It's keeping me pretty entertained at the moment anyway. It's a GTA clone meets... well a mini-RTS/RPG.

this person knows what he's talking about. the Godfather was unreal and this sequel is also amazing. worth buying it :D

Have a read at the latest reviews on gamespot.com and giantbomb.com. Naming names of games can only go so far into helping you decide what to spend your money on.

Go read a review of Dead Space. I'd recommend that game if you haven't played it.

Or the new Batman game since its the game everyone is playing right now.
 
Battlefield Bad Company Or 1943 are very good :) I wasn't too keen on BC at first but after playing it properly quite a good little game

Another vote for Dead Space.

An awfully atmospheric adventure in space.
 
I havent played Gears 2, but loved the first one, is it much better? I keep seeing it for 17quid but just havent got it yet. Nor bothered about co-op just single player.
