Windows 98 start up sound

I have the windows 98 disk but i cant find any wave file on it for the start up. When you put the disk into a drive it plays the 98 startup sound, but i still cant find it.

Has anyone got it that they could up load somewhere, i cant find it anywhere on the net in wave format.

The internet says it's in C:/Windows/Media but I can't check to see if that's correct.

To me it doesn't feel as memorable as the Windows 95 sound.

When i got '98 it used to say "initiating shut-down sequence" to my 9 year old self thats just amazing!!

To me it doesn't feel as memorable as the Windows 95 sound.

Sadly 95 reminds me of hours upon hours are trying to get peripherals and networks to work . Where as 98 reminds me of Homeworld, 56k modems and HL. Guess which i prefer!

slightly OT, but anyone got NT4 sounds? Reminds me of college. The hazy days of breaking into the bios and overclocking pentiums, endless mini-lan Friday's with pizza and beer. Nice.
