Quick favour needed - does this music have too much bass?

A mate of mine is making a song, but I think it may be a little bassy, lots of stuff around 40Hz.

Can you people with uber soundsystems or headphones tell me if this is too bassy? It's only a short clip, here:

I think he's going to have a melody also, so I'll tell him to turn down the bass a little, otherwise it may sound a little cluttered.... Still, as long as everything below 100Hz isn't OTT then it's all good.

If it's a cluttered mix you're worried about, just tell him to do some sidechain ducking
