Spa-Francorchamps - BELGIUM Grand Prix 2009 - Race 12/17

If they haven't fixed the problem by know, then they are unlikely goign to fix it. Either they have no idea what is wrong or the change is a fundamental problem.

Exactly, Brawns best hope is that Mclaren keep winning, they don't seem to be able to fix the issues and from race to race it seems a lottery as to which Brawn will turn up. The fast one or the one thats fighting for 6th back :(

That perfectly balanced 'monster of a car' seems a distant memory from pre silverstone.

whose that midget doing a jobbie on hamis car in your sig?

I thought that when I first saw it a few weeks ago. It looks like hamilton is taking a dump on the car. :D

Flippin' heck!

Badoer is not slowest shocker!
Grosjean over a second faster than Alonso!
First noteable driver (Hamilton) down in 9th!

What a topst-turvy practice session.

The practice session rankings never correlate well with final qualifying positions. Watch the practice sessions for the banter not to get any idea of relative pace.

Unless Brawn go very light - I cant see them doing very well in qualifying, and Im not convinced they will have the outright pace even with a light car and decent start to get on the podium without lots of retirements (Red Bull's and McLarens especally)

Vettel has put in his 7th engine for this race - and seeing as here and Monza (which is next) are hard on engines..... it seems likely he would be VERY lucky to get away from Monza with the same engine working with 4 races to go.....

Really feel for him and for Mark, seems like they have both had a bit of a dodgy supply of Renault engines, hope its not this that sorts out the championship.....although I still want Jenson to win, I want him to do it on the track with another few wins (during the fly away races when the track temp should be much better)

Just last week Brawn ended 3rd practice 7th and 12th I think then went on to qualify 3rd (fastest when fuel corrected) and win the race on outright pace.

I expect to see the Brawns in the top two rows at least and I expect a Brawn or Hamilton to win the race tomorrow.

Still think that 98 race is my favourite GP ever, pure carnage, Schumacher losing his rag, Damon Hill winning it had all my favourite things in F1 :D

Though the last 10 minutes last year were as exciting as I've ever seen.
