My apologies, you just seemed to be getting stressed over something simple, and with people suggesting you dismantle the oven to find a serial code and manufacture date I tried to put an end to it ASAP
The gf was certainly getting stressed about it, so that may have come across in my post. Thanks again

They're presets depending on what you want to cook
Neutral (set it yourself).
Lightbulb.
Floppy Disk.
Cake.
Washing Machine (I assume it's quite a large oven?).
Ninja.
Melted Candle.
Grilled whatever (set it yourself).
Grilled Ninja.

Set it to 175 and use fan assisted always. Job done.

It isVery useful.
I cook everything at those settings from baking fairy cakes to roasting half a cow (not at the same time).
