What is the best feeling you've had?

How about when you first get a monitor, or phone or anything with a screen and you get to peel the plastic covering of it, everyone loves that surely?

Lol!

I had some plate aluminium cut and after doing the machining I could remove all the sticky plastic covering, which was awesome, like several square metres all together. BUT there was writing under it, and even the acetone didn't fully remove it, thus tainting the experience. Because of this, I can't add this moment :(

Why are you people confused ?

If I had to choose between sex and star gazing I'll choose star gazing every-time, some people just have a low libido and find many other things much more interesting, I personally don't mind sex but I'll only really do it to please the other person and that takes a lot of effort tbh, I really don't get much from it at all, there is a magnitude of things I'd rather do than have sex and I'm sure others would agree.

I would agree, sex is a bit meh.

Either people are joking and this is one of those "Whooosh!" moments, or people are just having really BAAAAAD sex! ;)

I cant say I would ever contemplate going "Oh no honey lets not have a bit of nookie tonight, lets go look at the stars!"

(but what would I know, ive been celibate most of this year :( )

You can't score the goal if you never try and shoot. She might have said no but would have appreciated the offer. She probably thinks there's something wrong with her now. How insensitive can you get!

And no, I'd never turn sex down for football. I have turned football down for sex though.

Best feeling for me? Walking on stage with my band at our first gig a couple of years ago was pretty special. Had been pacing up and down this club for two hours before we were due to go on, never known fear or nervousness like it. I was shaking as we walked on, but the moment we struck the first note it suddenly felt great.

Still not as good as the first pasty smashing though! Happiest minute of my life!:D

Surely if you're going to be seeing stars it should be a post-coital thing!

Passing my driving test.

Probably because of the stress I went through to pass the thing...

i know what you mean! i quit my lessons due to the stress, the worst part for me would have been all the money spent on it, dont know the exact ammount but i could have brought a high end i7 system with that money!
maybe if it didnt cost so much i would have carried on!

so this would be my 'worst ever feeling' (i know there will be a thread on this soon!!!)

Watching the sunrise from the peak of Mt Sinai, Egypt.
Watching the sunset in a field in Wales, sat around a camp fire with three best mates.
Making love to someone I know I'd die for.
Paragliding above the Great Barrier Reef.
Falling in love - nothing can beat the butterflies you get every time you see them.
Spending hours in a hide and making a highly skilled shot on a pheasant, then cooking and eating your catch.

Three things came to mind:

1) The moment you realised you were actually about to lose you're viriginity and Oh My God! Is this really about to happen?!?! (It goes down hill from there) :)

2) I remember a split moment on my driving holiday around Europe when I was high up in the French Alps heading to Nice/Monaco, it was 33 degrees and I just hit Vtec in a massive valley, with an empty road ahead - All of I sudden I felt really light and the feeling of "life doesnt get any better than this."

3) 30 seconds into riding my brand new R6 for the first time and hitting 90mph in what felt like sub 5 seconds and screaming in my helmet "arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" in terror and total excitment. I just couldnt understand how it was legal (to own one, not the 90mph bit)

In terms of long drawn out feelings my wedding day was actually pretty special. It was surprisingly good to be at the centre of attention, something I've generally shied away from and haven't done much of before (I've never properly celebrated my birthday since I was a child for example). It's the only time I've been around that many people that I've genuinely liked and been able to move around and see loads of them on the same day. I really wish that day could have been longer, we didn't have enough time to go round everyone properly.

Having seen that yeah, I can actually pull that off makes me think maybe I should actually try and organise something for my birthday for once next year (big 3-0!).
