The best feeling I've ever had came to me this weekend just past.
In a massively inebriated state, some time around 3am when the music was at its worst, I realised that I was free and could do whatever I wanted.
I would mention generic sexual encounters but really, that just isn't the best feeling ever. Not that I don't very much enjoy it...

Best feelings for me always come from major adrenaline rushes.
My best would probably be Skiing down a near vertical mogul field in icy conditions. (the run has on average 20 airlifts a season or something silly) Im not that good at skiing and getting to the bottom of that without falling, and frankly, going too fast for my own good, was immense, i was shaking for ages.
Any skiing where you go stupidly fast is a good rush though.
Or more recently, going over 70mph on a jet ski and hitting a small wake left behind by a boat and feeling like youre actually flying, even though youre not in the air for that long.
