Does anyone use fat matabolizors?

Well, according to their marketing guff, the ingredients have been proven to help burn fat and "could increase weight loss".

Apparently it contains no drugs either, and caffine. Right.

Have a look through pubmed for the active ingredients - I can't find any solid evidence that anything in that stuff will help, to me it looks like a complete waste of money.

Thermobol eurgh, sounds like some PH crap naming :/ I wouldn't mate, just sort your diet and training out. Even if its stubborn it'll go eventually.

I'm not sure if you're much of a lifter but I stumbled across this a few days ago:

http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_...cardio_four_complexes_for_a_shredded_physique

'Complexes'

Basically a series of exercises all done in quick succesion with no rest period until all have been completed. All light weights and lower reps. Then repeated several times. If you give it a read it mentions potential increases in metabolism, which if you want to shift that fat will help. Also the more mass you have the more calories you burn at rest, I'm not saying get huge but if you aren't already some resistance work will help.

A friend has used thermabol and recommended it quite highly but I personally can't see it being particulary effective and would rather save the money and do my cardio. If you're already at a gym this could help and its free! Tough too by the looks of things!

I recall reading legal fat burners dont really tend to do much apart from burn a hole in your wallet that could be spent on food, I have no experience of them myself though.

Admiral - have you posted your diet and routine anywhere? Something in one of those will be stopping you shifting the final few wobbles.

I'm pretty happy with my routine.. I know it's my diet. I used to train evenings (around 6pm). I used to stack up during the day including main meal then train so by the time I got home, it was a snack, shake, rest then bed. Never sleeping on a full stomach. However, I'm forced to train lunchtimes and I find it very difficult to get the right diet in during the day and then my wife cooks an evening meal around 6 - 7pm. I can't expect her to cook a separate meal for me around the family. So you see my problem.

Could you prepare your own meal separately and sit and eat it with the family, on the days that they're eating something that you don't want? Or has the vengeful Thumb of Fury made it quite clear that this would result in woman rage?

I would worry more about "I find it very difficult to get the right diet in during the day". That is what is holding him back. Preparing meals the night before has worked well for me.

I do, it's the timing. Do you eat a larger meal early or after training.
