But yes it will be a lot easyer to kill people with them, then it currently is.

I played for a while with 1.41 and got bored after like an hour.

I just sucked, I used to kick ass in the heli with huge 20:1 kill ratios.

After an hour I had 1 kill and 20 deaths and left.

Lets hope 1.5 sorts it back to how I remember...

Whats the key to select differnt fire modes on the m16\m4 etc? I cant remember how to select single or fully auto. Even the manual doesnt mention it or the ingame options.

Don't you just press the gun number which you are holding again? **Its been a long time.

Or you can scroll off and back to the weapon you're using.

For me I've only been waiting a few days as I switched off to the 1.5 after I tried it, I've been happily playing BF2 since 1 second past 9am on day of release & nowt has stopped me playing right up until last night.
I'm not really interested in the new patch, I am interested in the influx of new/old players to my fave game. :cool:

Just been looking through some of my old BF2 screenshots, just some amazing memories of the best game I've ever played

Really excited about this now.

Anybody remember the old no kit bug? We found a nice way to exploit it for some fun. Can't believe that was nearly 3 years ago!

So how much has this changed since the original release? I played for a few months when it came out and it was quite good. I still remember a supplies drop on a parachute that landed on a team mates head and killed him
