You seem to sex up dual GPU's. How much is not 100% ? It could be 1%.
Scaling can be anything from hardly anything, to a lot. Dual GPU performance depending on many factors.
Again you cant compare a high end cards performance to that of two cards cobbled together because they are performance dependant on many different levels of support.

. You cannot compare a dual-GPU card to a single GPU card without benchmarks. You can easily say "a 4890 will beat a 260", but you cannot say for sure, that a 295 will beat a 285, or vice versa.
