Hi Guys
My birthday is in a few weeks and to get my sorry ass out of the house more (other than work and family time)and get myself a hobbie for some me time
I would like to take up photography.....
I purchased "Understand Exposure" and have been reading over it to start planting the seeds and knowledge..
With a large man made lake at the back of my house with a fair amount a wild life and other things to shoot it seems like the perfect option..
Just need to know what a good starting unit would be for me, to play with and see if I enjoy it as much as I think I will?
Thanks in advance

Just surprised at the kit you can buy for such a small amount these days. As i said i bought a Canon A80 point and shoot for £200 not so long back and the results from that wouldn't be a patch on a DSLR.
