Woohoo Trials coming to XBLA

Stuck on King of the Hill (Hard).
Can anyone give me tips?
I've tried watching replays and youtube videos... no joy
Can't get over the first obstacle!!
In all honesty... just keep trying. It always takes me loads of goes. When you nail it you'll see how you did it, but if you're like me you won't then be able to reproduce it on command, it's just got to bang on or it isn't happening

Well, I've finished everything, although I don't have all golds on hard, extreme, or the tournaments, all gold everywhere else.
Still enjoying it though, and will probably just slowly work my way through hard now trying to get gold

There are more maps to get extremely angry at. Although I don't think it's the game design but my stupidity when I make a mistake.
I've got platinum medals now on all of the tracks apart from the last 3 tracks on Extreme. Got 2 silvers and 1 bronze on the last tracks in the game so they need some work.
Only done 4 tournaments so far but got Platinum on those and I'm now 59th in the world globally overall on the leaderboards; managed to get 5th place on King Of The Hill.
I still haven't even played Shadow Complex or Arkham Asylum because of Trials...

The game I had 6 years ago allowed me to make my own maps.

I have found Trials HD to be very addictive, the obvious scoreboards with your friendslists is quite a good motivator, the graphics and controls are pretty top notch too..

I've played the flash versions on the PC and the physics and control don't seem anywhere near as fluid, neither do the graphics.

Got This game Tuesday, absolutely loving it! Am about half way through the hard tracks at the moment, getting mostly golds and silvers. Gave up and started making my own track now, loving the amount you can do camera can get a little bit annoying at time in the editor, but still great.
Would recommend it to anyone thinking of buying it, well worth the points!

How do you get platinum?
Generally 0 faults and a super-impossible quick time.
Not the Flash versions, there's a full game version, most recent one called Trials 2 Second Edition, I got it for about £3 12 months ago. HD is the same gameplay, graphics, leaderboards and controls but with a different camera and relatively huge price tag.

I was just going to go to bed from boredom but I'm going to set that downloading and pour another drink
