Players already there don't need to be registered? So contract renewals allowed I reckons. Still hilarious though.Lmao, what are they going to do if they can't sign anyone, any injuries to key players, and by next season their squad will be pretty weak. Does 'signing new players' mean extensions in that time? Guess not...would be awesome if it did!
If FIFA uphold this I wonder if Carlo Ancelotti will walk out of Stamford Bridge claiming breach of contract?
If this is still upheld by the time FM goes gold, i.e. goes to be manufactured then yes. SI will probably release a patch a few days or week or two after FM10's release so any changes by then can be updated there. Then there's the traditional February patch for January transfer window changes to make any changes to Chelsea's transfer embargo.will this apply to football manager?![]()

Source? Could be FIFA said no, if true, as its two massive clubs having an argument over a world class player. Chelsea/Lens could be seen by FIFA as a big club screwing over a little club hence they got involved?Real Madrid lure Cristiano Ronaldo, man u asked for a breach of contract fifa said no.
I don't know why people are happy.
Do you realise that FIFA/UEFA are being racist against the english here?
First Arsenal's players ban for diving, yet it happens every game on the continent, where this form of excessive rolling on the floor originated.
Eduardo is not English and Arsenal are barely English. Surely they would have banned Young if they were really being racist?Trouble is, being ****s in the press and going "Oh yeah, we're totally massive admirers of Billy Randomer, we'd so give him the biggest house and the coolest car is he joined us" isn't actually illegal. Making someone breach their contract so you don't have to pay as much for them is.Real Madrid lure Cristiano Ronaldo, man u asked for a breach of contract fifa said no.
Bit out of the blue. I didn't even know there was any kind of dispute going on.

Chelsea will mount the strongest appeal possible following the decision of FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber over Gaël Kakuta.
The sanctions are without precedent to this level and totally disproportionate to the alleged offence and the financial penalty imposed.
We cannot comment further until we receive the full written rationale for this extraordinarily arbitrary decision.
As expected really and Roma had a similar penalty reduced to 1 window.
Wtf...completely out of the blue but as a Chelsea fan I'm not entirely surprised by the Chelsea board (ala Kenyon) placing us in the **** as usual. I do hope it gets reduced to 1 transfer window though as otherwise we will be in serious trouble.
