With the recent trend in XYZ annoys me threads in here I thought I'd join in..

'Signatures' on forums, love them or hate them most people make one..

This is a motors forum so people put cars and bikes in them, fair enough, show off your pride and joy for the world to see BUT

WHY

Put something you either don't own, or never will own in it......mr joe average would bump into this forum thinking 'jebus, a lot of supercar owners in here'

Ok, it's me being picky, but if one more mondeo / corsa / fiesta owner posts claiming to be the next damon hill with a Ferralambougati or similar in siggy my head is gonna explode...

I guess they are making the statement 'i like this car', but who actually cares ? erm maybe i'm being harsh... maybe I should turn off siggys in CP

maybe I should go soak my head lol
 
Well, my last sig included my own car. My current sig is showing my favour to an upcoming game and my potential car replacement at the same time (which can obtain :p)
 
Because a Porsche GT3 is far better sig material than a 1999 1.2 Clio. Also it's a car which I find very visually appealing and looks good as a signature.

What about the several members with F1 cars in their sigs? Do they annoy you too since they don't own an F1 team?
