Thank god they have independance. Now, if we could only find a way to cut Scotland from the mainland and float them out into the north sea.

Good. It's needless and wasteful.

Although personally I'd go after the ******** who beep their horn to let someone know they're their to pick them up first. Get out the car you lazy ******** or use your ******* mobile. Crash the car with them in it, tbh.

No, you use less fuel. What you think an engine sitting idlign for 5 minutes magically doesn't use fuel or something?

There is a small increase of fuel use to start an engine, but it's small. If you're going to be stationary for more than about 10 seconds it's easily outweighed.

Surely using more fuel == making more emissions? It's not like unburned fuel is coming out of your exhaust is it?

My knowledge of chemistry is not very good so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
 
it's a good thing, most people on the school run it seems will sit there waiting for their kids with the engine idling and there is no need for it at all.
