Well I've been listening to a lot of Techno recently and found a whole shed load of bands/groups etc that have really turned around what I listen to now, Really would like some more suggestions as I'm really addicted!

Currently listening to Prodigy, Justice, Digitalism, Mr Oizo, Soulwax, Daft Punk, MSTRKRFT.

Just caved in and bought a few albums but need more!

suggestions please :D

If you really like DNB i suggest Chase and Status' - More Than A Lot album, its just so sick.

Techno you've got all the Tiesto stuff which im sure you have heard, if not search him in Google he is INSANE!

If you like Trance (tbh it sounds just the same as Techno to me) then get 'Dave Pearce Trance Anthems 2009 - never ending classics in there. Especially:

Hellfish and Producer
Venetian Snares
OOO
Remarc
****mat
Luke vibert
Milanese
Aaron Spectre
Soundmurderer & SK-1
Neil Landstrumm
Duran Duran Duran
Ceephax Acid Crew
FFF
PROPA TINGZ
Starkey
Bong-Ra
Ebola
Modeselector
Jeff Mills
Pendulum!!!!11

Actually, ignore that last one, pendulum are worse than chase and status! ;) :p

****** Hell!

Boys Noize sound awesome!

this is more my type, dont think any of the hardcore stuff is my style really, Electro is more appealing than anything else.

Guess I'm just starting in Electronica.

one good way of finding artists that you will like is to go on an artist you likes myspace page and then checkout they re friends.

they will nearly always be similar sounding artists or people who've inspired them.

other option is listening to DJsets by the artists (if they do them) because again its usually similar stuff

Cheers, mostly atm I'm using Spotify (very nice quality streaming but high bandwidth) and using the Similar Artists tool.

I used to to DJ hard Dance & London Acid Techno

My favorite Acid techno producer was 'Chris Liberator' so search some of his stuff and see what you think. (Early stuff is a bit different)

Also try searching for stuff by 'Dave the Drummer' and 'Ant' + anything from the 'Stay up forever' Label

Other producers that you could try (a bit different) that you may not of heard of are
DJ Proteus - Hard Dance
Infected Mushroom - Psy Trance
Mark EG - Techno

It sounds the same because you're mixing up trance with techno, they sound nothing like.

Couple of techno tunes from a couple of years ago

just started Last.FM and found some pretty amazing artists.

found Teenage bad girl by mistake and sound amazing!

the bloody beetroots, they are virtually identical to Justice and MSTRKRFT (use grooveshark, you wont find it on spotify)

D&B - Subfocus, High Contrast, London Elektricity

Elektro - Vitalic, MSTRKRFT, Fake blood (sort of..), Crookers

I'll echo what "andy" said about DJ Sets, Radio 1 Esential Mixes are easy to come by and are full of great tunes. Try and get hold of EM's by MSTRKRFT, Erol Alkan, Crookers, Adam Freeland, Fake Blood (Sounds like you'd prefer his second hour more than his first hour), maybe even try James Zabiela?

Edit: Just realised you say you already listen to MSTRKRFT lol

Have Modeselector done an EM yet?

nein

sure i heard something about anew album at end of year or early next year though ? and the label they have starteds first full release will be the siriusmo album. its literally going to be the best thing EVER
