Make my PC as quiet as a Mac

I don't know how quiet you mean by that. However I can probably advise, putting loads of fans in is not the way to go.

Most important is what hardware is in the case?

You need to pick between quiet/fast/cheap really. Scythe s-flex soft mounted at 7V are very quiet, but if you have a graphics card screaming or the entire case is vibrating it's not going to help that much.

Gonna be hard to get it as quiet as a mac, they seem to use some sort of voodoo magic to keep noise levels down, its unreal how quiet they are!!

Theres a few fans which people recommend regularly, Sharkoon Silent Eagles and Noctuas are supposedly very good. The S-Flex that jon said is a bit louder, but yea, if you 7v mod it then it will run at a decent sound level. Personally I'd recommend getting a fan controller, can alter fan speed easily and does a great job of lowering noise levels with minimum messing round.

Like Jon said though, make sure they're soft mounted to minimise vibrations going into your case. Can get rubber mounting pins here :)

The S-FLEX 800RPMs are pretty much the quietest fans out there. These are the main sources of noise:

Case Fans
CPU Fans
PSU Fans
HDD
Optical Drive

Can't do much about the PSU fans, unless you were willing to change it, the case fans just swap for some S-Flex's on rubber mounts, CPU fan you can probably do the same (depending on your cooler, the Orochi is as quiet as hell but i wouldn't reccomend running it vertically), HDD you can get silencers that basically wrap it in foam, put heatsinks on it and stick it in a 5.25" drive bay and the Optical Drive isn't on all the time so you can probably live with that.

You can increase cooling effectiveness by directing airflow where it's needed: Especially frontmost top fans is distracting airflow from components needing airflow so building airflow quide

Properly controlled straight and simple airflow paths with minimal number of fans... also not much of hot gaming graphics cards in them. And fans surely aren't from bling bling makers.
Also magpie's nest design of most PC cases is acoustically lousy.

Nothing special in golf ball, measurements aren't even close to SPCR standards but:
At 2000rpm this is a very high performance fan, also means that efficiency is quite low at 12v, undervolted to 7v the fan is immediately quieter but even at 5v remains very noticeable. Efficiency at 5/7v is below average, best performance/noise ratio had at 5v but it’s nowhere close the top.

Noctua S12 is pressure incapable and basing to Xbit labs comments B-versions blade end extensions with notches wreak havoc to smoothness of sound... what those notches do also in P12 which has also hard stepped bearing/motor causing vibration.
